1. Please check whether AirDisk NAS have been started up normally and connected to the Internet:
Whether the NAS power indicator is always on
Whether the indicator light at the NAS port is normal (both orange and green are on)
Make sure your router's network is connected to the Internet
2. If all the above inspections are normal, but the device is not online, please try to restart the NAS and try again after restarting the APP.
3. There are still some exceptions, please submit feedback (App access Settings - help and feedback) to us, or join our QQ communication group: 319371158, we will solve it for you as soon as possible.
